Mandatory for all EC2VC presenters
Through this session, Digital health SMEs seeking private funding will learn how to gauge their funding needs, what sources of funding are best for their specific situation, how to prepare before engaging in a serious conversation with investors and how to improve their pitches.
EC2VC Pitch Competition (May 3,14:00-17:30)
Moderated by Roberto Ascione, CEO of Healthware International (Italy), EC2VC session is a pitch competition and networking opportunity with the most active European investors in digital health! Twelve finalists will be invited to make a 4-minute pitch presentation followed by 4 minutes of Q&A with our jury panelists. The jury panelists will select two winners in two categories: Early stage funding (revenues under 250K€/year) & Series A (revenues over 250K€/year).

REGULATORY CHALLENGES IN THE FIELD OF DIGITAL HEALTH (Workshop)
May 4, Slot 1 (10:00 -11:00), Slot 2 (14:00 – 15:00)
By joining the free workshop, led by Engage – Key Technology Ventures, participants will get an overview of the regulatory framework for software medical products; identify their own regulatory challenges; develop ideas on how to tackle their own regulatory challenges and get to know what support they can obtain. Regulatory experts can interact with other companies to discuss best practices and collaboration opportunities. The workshop will include a 45 minutes presentation and a 15 minutes Q&A session.
