European eHealth startups and SMEs seem to join with great interest our first free Regulatory Awareness workshops delivered by the eHealth HUB Regulatory Network under Horizon 2020 at Health 2.0 Europe 2017 in Barcelona (May 2017).
Led by Oliver Hilgers, Authorized Officer Medical Software – Active Medical Devices from CE plus GmbH – one of the first European node to join the Network – two Regulatory workshops were delivered, registering a total of sixty participants, who returned to the trainer with many questions and great feedbacks.
“I would remark that this very first Regulatory workshops represented for us a great opportunity to listen to startups and SMEs on the field, at the same time registering their great interest into the subjects we proposed”, says Björn Hackbarth from Engage, eHealth HUB partner coordinating the eHealth HUB Regulatory Network. “We received very positive feedback from the participants, helping them to better understand the complex regulatory landscape for medical devices in the digital health world through practical, real world case studies”.
